I close my eyes,To get away - away from the craziness of the world.
You kiss me softly,
Whispering "Good night"
The wind brushes my face,
For a moment time stops.
I'm safe ; no one can see me,
In my own little cacoon,
Wrapped up safely,
Securely in your arms.
As I look up at you,
Your eyes tell me that it's going to be okay.
You kiss my forehead and hold me closer,
Like you are afraid to let me go,
And I don't want to leave.
